Solid Gold is designed to last a lifetime! Our 10k and 14k solid gold pieces are meant to be heirloom pieces. While this material can last a lifetime, solid gold does require gentle care and occasional polishing.

We offer free shipping on Canada and US orders over $100 and also ship worldwide. 

We pride ourselves on the quick handling of your orders, with most in stock items shipping within 1-3 business days. Around high volume periods (ie. Holiday Sale, Black Friday) please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to ship.

Please note our processing times, do not include sale periods, engravable orders or custom orders, like Made-To-Order pieces. 

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Online orders: Gold Vermeil, Gold Plated and Sterling Silver pieces are eligible for store credit only, within 14 days of delivery.

Solid Gold pieces are eligible for a refund to the original form(s) of payment within 14 days of delivery.

Please note all sale items, custom pieces such as engraved items, Made To Order items, and gift cards are a FINAL SALE.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on these pieces. This includes product purchased during any sale/promotional season.
